1. Receiving of print Journal from Vendors

2. Periodical Registration in Kardex

3. Stamping in Journal After (1) Receiving (2) Kardex Entry

4. Displaying in Current Periodicals Room in Alphabetical Order Or Department was

5. Preparation of List for Binding After completion of Supply

6. Ordering for Binding to the entrited Binder.

7. Checking of Bound Journals after Receiving and Verifying (i) Quality of Leather Binding (ii) Sequence of pages (iii) Gold Lettering on Spine for Titles, Volume, Issue No, and Year.

8. Accessioning Bound Journals, Classification and Cataloguing

9. Back Volume Kardex Entry

10.Sent to Stack Area and Shelving.
