Please give some major points that can be mentioned to enhance their ability and criteria of education.

  How do you assess the library usage pattern of your library users? Is it your question? What are the services now offered? What is your library website URL? What are the kinds of data you have to find the usage? Do you have a digital library with e-resources? These kinds of data are required before you initiate the work.   

Whether the attached report has to be prepared by you?
