Can you please tell me BLISC is valid in rajshri tondon open university and Vinayka Mission University or not . this is recognized by UGC or not.

Dear both universities are recognised by UGC and DEC. You can verify on UGC website.

Yes valid, I know some students who are empaneled for the post of Librarian in west Bengal School Serviuce Commission 2011. They are from Vinayak Mission Univ.
