this is right online access is a most needful & right of every student or user but it is not rather like a 6TH LAW of Library science. Dr.Ranganathan sir devoted his life for library science & make that 5 LAW. i think it has time...........

Dr Ranganathan has coverd everything in his 5 laws. In todays digital era , instead of applying these laws on BOOKs we can apply it on digital/web documnts.
