State of Libraries in Western Countries: A German Report

I would like to add a report of German Library Association about the State of Libraries in Germany and especially their collection development policies of Print and Electronic materials.

I hope that our "New-Gen" professionals may get an idea of the perceptions of the Library Leaders in advanced Countries.ย  As the future of this profession depends upon them, they should have an idea of other countries.
