These resources are not only provide 24 hours access from the desktop, but also have features that enable users to obtain more relevant information easily & quickly. They are less bulky and having a multimedia facility also. So, concept of E-magazine “PITARA: A Treasure of Knowledge” came into my mind, to make available all the resources to each and every one of us right at the door step.
