Sources of MLIS and PhD Dissertations and Theses in India

Dear LIS professionals
Apart from "Shodhganga" what are the online available sources for searching MLIS and Ph.D. dissertations and theses did in the library and information science departments of universities in India?
In other words, if some LIS professional is doing MLIS or wishes to do Ph. D. which sources are there he/she may consult to see the recent dissertations and thesis done in India?
The "Shodhganga" websites says "The UGC Notification (Minimum Standards & Procedure for Award of M.Phil. / Ph.D Degree, Regulation, 2016) dated 5th May 2016 mandates submission of electronic version of theses and dissertations by the researchers in universities with an aim to facilitate open access to Indian theses and dissertations to the academic community worldwide."
My questions are following:
1. Is all the MLIS and Ph.D. theses and dissertations submitted by the students to Shodhganga?
2. If they do not submit it to "Shodhganga" then what are the prominent active repositories where students submit their research work?
3. What search methodology a MLIS and Ph.D. students should adopt to view the already done researchers in the LIS field in India?
Thanks and regards
Salman Haider

The universities authorities  have to upload the thesis in the shodganga web portal and it is their responsibility

to upload the thesis. The thesis will be uploaded   by the university  once in a year after the convocation over where the phd is being awarded . So you please contact the university where you have compleated your research.

Dear Janab Salman Haider,

There is  Bibliography of Doctoral Theses by Association of Indian Universities but they are not in Electronic media. They publish it as printed hard copies in several Sections. If you are interested, you may consult the requisite sections. Besides, in this Forum, a list of Theses in LIS for 25 years was published. You can search for that document also.

Sincerely,

Siddhartha S. Ray, Calcutta
