Hi Badan,

Its looking nice. But, when the institutes have their own website, this will not be much needed. However, persons like me approaching LISLINKS to draw the attention of special groups such as librarians and information science aspirants. I hope you may accept my thought.

Yes, you are right. Institute having a website dont need it. Again, this is not suitable avenue for the large organization. However, there are a lot of organizations that dont have a website. Those organization can think of developing a website like this. Again, there is a very little scope for the libraries in the organization that have the website. In such cases the librarian can create a professional blog in the sub-domain of the organization by creating a CName for their libraries so that they can update it in their own way without waiting for someone to update it on their behalf.ย

I appriciate your views about blogs. If institutions websites are working independently then library blogs also can do same things. Library blogs are near platform for library users to know latest updates of their libraries. Are you agreed with my ponit.

Dear Badan Sir,
I have been trying to customized a blog/website using Google Blogger. This blog is now available on DrLibSc- Desk of Research in Library Science(http://drlibsc.blogspot.in/) with a few features i.e live chat-room, useful-links,download-Zone and different pages.

It is one of my initiate to share information among LIS Professionals & students. I have started it on January 2016. Currently I have been managing this blog myself only. Your suggestion and cooperation will help mwe towards the improvement of this blog.
