Those who qualified UGC NET DECEMBER 2014 can download their e - certificate now by entering  their registered mail id and password in the link (www.ugcnetonline.in).

Actually the said exam was conducted by CBSE then the result will be produced by CBSE same as announcement.

Mr. Munesh Kumar I also thought that CBSE should publish e-certificate for December 2014 as it is first time conducted by CBSE. But the e-certificate is published on UGC website.
Those who qualified there examination can download from the UGC website.

you are Right Sir and Mr. Guite also. 

Things are very unstructured, some information is at CBSE's website and some information is at UGC website. Its seems that sharing of credits of  this exam. Total wastage of resources.

Those who have qualified they have to send the documents again with admit card. Very difficult to understand the policy.

E-certificate of December 2014 is now available on the UGC website as mentioned above by Mr. Kambiakmuan Guite.
It is not available on CBSE website.
