Digital Preservation of Old Newspapers in India

Is there any organization/institution in India who has undertaken projects on digital preservation of old newspapers?

there is a newspaper achieve in National library kolkata,   National Achieve of India also have  the newspaper achieve, but i am not sure that have they started the digitization process yet or not.  Pls check it.
