they have only inform to the shortlisted candidate by a letter and told that they will display list with roll no and and venue of the test on www.iitm.org on 10th 15 janury, 2013 but they have not to do till now

You may go through direct approaching to Institute by proving your need and purpose for asking information you can get the same information from their also...Most authentic and reliable way
