I wonder that Ms.Kamaljeet kaur's record shows NA and Nil against each category even then she is occupying the second spot. Any logic behind that?

Dear Sir,
Next to me, Kamaljeet Kaur's profile was the most visited profile page of LIS Links. Unfortunately she deleted her profile page along with her content. However till 31st December, 2012 nobody able to cross the total pageviews she received during initial days of 2012. Its unbelievable, however the truth cannot be denied.
Again, even a lot of people contributed towards this site (you are also one of them). However if I count the total pageviews, you will be wonder to see that even your name is not there among the top 500 content page of 2012. :-(
What surprise me most is that Sangeeta, who is fourth in the list have a very limited contribution (with all due respect to her contribution towards the site). Even her profile page is kept private.
Anil kumar who is in the 5th of the list only have 13 post replied. But their contents are viewed by more and more people.
There are lots of factors that influences all these ranking. I will try to post the underlying factors so that others also can be benefited.

Pankaj kr. from chitrakoot is stand for this award because he post a 297 jobs and only job is the basic attraction of this side and how many people view the profile is never the part of award because private security option here and pageview is also unnecessary thing. In cybercafe 25 rs per hrs think so. same post with different name it will confuse your analysis.I am not satisfy from your award winners but here pankaj kr is stand for the winner think so.

Thank you for your feedback. I respect your sentiment. I think I never said that we only consider profile pageview. If at any point, my any posting reflect that, then I am very much sorry.
We consider the total pageviews of your contribution (job, forum, photo, video, even your status updates. Even we consider comment and social sharing of your posting over twitter and facebook. If I had to consider only profile pageview then, most of the people that are in the list would never able to find their place in the list.
I think you are aware of Impact Factor of Journal. We try our best to work in that line only.
I hope Pankaj Kumar will definitely climb to that positing this year.
