and I know everybody is free to work anywhere but can a non professional person work as a engineer or doctor?
Sorry for disterbing you. I would like to thank you that you replied but you said "I think if someone who is a non professional and is trying to learn something in the field of library science we should come forward and appreciate his/her efforts. The reason behind is that now a days very less youngsters is opting for doing courses realeted to library science.ā
Yes you are right that we should come forward to appreciate his/her afforts but when he/she is working as a librarian and he/she is not eligible to work as this post and for this case what should we do and on the other hand a qualified person is working under his/her than how can you say so ?
