Dear Ma'am,
It is very difficult to recommend the name of a senior professional for a resource person. I can't recommend a name since I don't deserve any right to do an analysis of their wisdom. I have gone through the comments and recommended names they are exceptional scholar in their respective domains. I would forward myself for a session if you consider. I can send you my proposal if asked.
Thank you.
