Sir,

Our is an engineering college. we are planning author workshop for engineering and science faulty. among our faculty few of them have experience of publishing papers in refereed journals, where as majority need guidelines on how to prepare papers on the standards of reputed refereed journals.

The main objective of the workshop is to train our faculty to prepare research papers acceptable in reputed refereed journals.

Place : Bangalore

Time : during last week of July/ first week of  August 2017.

Better to call Dr.Gadgimat he is most senior and well knowledge person in the Library field practically as well as theoretically. present  working at Acharya Institute of Technology as a Information Dean.

It is very difficult to recommend the name of a senior professional for a resource person. I can't recommend a name since I don't deserve any right to do an analysis of their wisdom.
