If you want to purchase the latest edition of DDC i.e. 23rd ed then purchase it through Amazon site where u can get the schedule at Rs. 24,439/- only where as the supplier charges more than this. U can avail it at a cheaper rate of gap of Rs. 5000/- less. Plz. click on this link:

Why buy DDC?
Call numbers for most of the titles are available online through Web OPAC of various other libraries or else
http://classify.oclc.org/classify2/ is also a good site for you to find out the call number.
Unless you have regional specific titles not already available in other web OPAC's , I do not recommend unnecessary expenditure on purchase of DDC.

If you are working in a university library then u may can request for a complementary copy of DDC directly from the Publisher.
