Library Stock Charge hand over in Govt Degree College Libraries

I am working as librarian in the state of Andhra Pradesh in govt Degree colleges.

Normally how many days are allotted for librarian to hand over library stock to other librarian.

Is there any formula/equation or any other type to document related to charge hand over.

Does UGC has specified any rules in this regard.

If any one has copy please let me know.

For 2000 books 1 day is allotted

Dear Sir,

Greetings!

As per my opinion, the current year stock verification report is the authorized document for library books and other resources. for furniture auditors report is required. This practice is done in newly established CFTIs.
