Dear Kankana B Badan mam,

Good things about LIS Links...

According to me,

  1. "BEST LINK FOR THE LARGEST NUMBER AT THE LEAST COST"
  2. "LIS LINK IS A GOOD SERVANT AND GOOD MASTER TOO..."

     Bad things.....

   NIL-

With regards,

A.Mala

Thnks a Lot MALA.A mam, for your quick response and the contribution u have made over the LIS Links.

Its a great effort By Our won BADAN Da to bring all professional under one umbrella.

only problem is the repeating of JOB openings

Repetition in job posting will be avoided. I am handling this responsibility to Kankana.

Positive :

I hope every member of lis knows its values. Main room discussions, pvt chats, etc..  are helping in updating our Knowledge. Almost we have a healthy discussion in the field of Library and information science .

 Negative:

One sad thing I wish to say is, nowadays, number of new member of lis have become more. It is really a happy note. But there are some profiles with odd naked pics, which are disgusting to see, and they enter the main room too which spoils the discussion and the quality of Lis. I hope some effective measure will be taken to control this type of annoyance.

completely agree with you, vasumathi mam...

Such a Fake Id's Should be Banned

The profile with odd and naked pics are actually got deleted within 3-4 hours. The non professionals are suspended within 6-9 hours.

Dear Sir,

Thnq for u r immediate reply and quick/ prompt step for our welfare. I wana thnk once again... u hve given a chance to express our views.Sure Lis link wil be used effectively without disruption.

Regards

Vasumathi

...if a person wants to connect with Iislinks without having the qualification of LIS, so what is bad?

There are many people/learner, who belongs to a specific field but because of their interest they comments, follows, and share the things, value, take part in  conversation of other fields, subjects. It is a symbol of  learning passion.

From, my point of view it is very good news for us that others (non professional) are also interested in our subject, profession. we should welcome him/her.

Sir, Is there any peril  to lislinks family from those peoples, who are not  lis professional ?

please tell me...

There is no peril to lislinks family from non professionals if they were civil. But non professionals only enter the site to promote their own product which force us to banned them. Unless they violate our Terms of Service, they are safe here.

right sir, thanks,

block all those ids who are/were involve in posting anti social posts/comments. by anyone either professional or non professionals.

Thanks Sir,
