this is not right

its seems like wrong because on the grade pay of 6000 atleast Net qualification is required for the post of AL

reserved for SC
one post only

the thing is right.
NET is important qualification

I think this is fake add. You just see the Name or Letter head of the institution. there is a spelling mistake, reputed institution like IISc may not do the spelling mistakes. even i think there is no any add in IISc official website. Can any one clarify this.

Thank you

You can check it. It is available on IISc. official website under Opportunities on administrative post.

Thank You

Dear Dr. Balram Verma,

Thanks for your post and bringing into notice an important issue.

It seems that the IISc. authority has shifted from UGC rules and put into use their Autonomy.

This is not unusual for Autonomous organizations. There are several institutes under various autonomous organizations who often publish advertisements in UGC pay scales while they do not always adhere to UGC stipulated norms of Qualifications, Experience etc.

As I understand, IISc as an autonomous institute, have their own set of recruitment & service rules which are duly approved by their board and the concerned ministry since long.

Sincerely,

Siddhartha S. Ray
