सुख - दुःख में साथ,

निभाती रही किताब

बुझे मन की बाती,
जलाती रही किताब

जब कभी लगी प्यास,
बुझाती रही किताब

मन जब हुआ उदास,
हँसाती रही किताब

अँधेरे में भी राह,
दिखाती रही किताब

अनगिनत खुशियाँ,
