Pls go through the IGNOU's material. If you scanned once the material no one can stop by clearing NET. I did same . I only read IGNOU's booklet and cleared in 1st attempt.

Dear Mohd. Arif ji, There is no special tip for NET exam. Prepare the B.LIb. and M.Lib. syllabus of IGNOU and keep updated by reading library journals. Focus on Computer Technology in Library topics. Hindi medium bhi ho sakta hai. but you have to be to the point while answering.

You can go through KVS website, Take the syllabus. Prepare according to that, I did not refer any books, Just read IGNOU Materials. Further, Language, its depend on you, which lanugage you have command.
