(I have copy of the letter and can provide who ever is interested) in which it has been clearly mentioned that "Librarian should be treated as non-academic non vacational staff". kindly provide the copy of the letter and send to my email id ayyappanbpk@gmail.com or in the LIS Portal. the letter may be useful to all library professionals to claim their leave encashment salary.Once again i req suest you to provide the letter.

sir, I m in National Dairy research institute karnal mai as a Senior research fellow work kar rhe hu waha library ka data OCLA mai dal rhe hu...or koha software install ho raha h waha 2 year hu yaha per its not permanent.Waise or bhe library ke sari field mai kaam karti hu time to time
