It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that Library Professionals Association (LPA), New Delhi &
Lyallpur Khalsa College of Engineering, Jalandhar (Punjab) Jointly organizing a National Conference on
“Role of ICT in Library Management” on APRIL 26, 2014 (Saturday) Venue at Lyallpur Khalsa College of Engineering, Cantt. Road, Jalandhar (Punjab). The event shall provide a common platform for the exchange of knowledge between academicians, information managers, Librarians, IT professionals, Knowledge based professionals, LIS research Scholars and Students to have a vital role to play in the process of emergency of new theories, models, systems, and technologies. They also have a responsibility to harness these for common good and strive to prevent their possible ill effects in the era of rapid growth in technologies. This conference will play significant role in generating awareness about the potential and the limitations of new technologies, concepts, theories, and trends. The objective of this conference is to bring together experts from corporate industries, academia, R&D institutions and other user communities on a common platform to discuss and share their expertise and experiences.
