Hi Madam,

Am doing research in Library and Information science and the topic is
Electronic Resources utilization in academic libraries: a study. In
this regard i need to prepare a questionnaire for collecting data from
library users and library staff.
please help me what type of questions can i ask in questionnaire and
also if you have any related questionnaire please send me.
