There are no  rules for LIBRARY Professionals.

No one fallowed the norms which was set by UGC , NCET,.UGC AICT BCI MCI Etc

   What is the Rules About College Librarian Working Timing and Leaves according UGC?

   What is there problems  ?

All Professionals Problems  One Who Help to ALL   How know that

 written document please provide. All professionals 

I think we all the professional(librarian) to give the memorandum to central and state also. We must form an organization . Under this organization we can start a movement for betterment of all working and non- working hands.
