Our constitution states Education is the Fundamental Right of Every child of the nation irrespective of cast, color, race, religion and position. "Provides for free and compulsory education to all children of the age of six to fourteen years " is aim of the Right To Education Act, 2009.
In the context of RTE, Library is the social institution and service center that has to provide extension services to make awareness of importance of Education. so it is learning center it supports to formal and informal education of any section of the country.
Academic and Public libraries must supports to the education of every child of the nation.
