Dear Friend

Please tell me if person 65% is pass 

and 

he got 64.5% is fail  and  they do standard low of education. What a rule of ugc. 

There are so many kale agrage in India.

just clarify the difference between

1. 30 as pass mark & 29

2. 60 as 1st class and 59.5

Is it necessary, the UGC-NET qualifier for a LIBRARIAN post in degree level colleges? It is badly needed for the LIS TEACHER.

Please let know that other subject like computer hindi english  etc passed upto 40% marks in net june 12. will they get less scale, grade pay etc.  on the position of Assistant Professor.
