we have to appeal in high Court for further Assistance get from the management meanwhile not onlyย library people other professions all so
Dear Sir Management is always very clever they dont provide any appointment letters.So we can file case.

If we haven'tย appointment letter ,,, we can't apply in any court.. in private sector any person who closed withย managementย is not secure.. so try for best every time..
In private sector, its a general scenerio. IT companies dismissed 10-15% employees on every month at the time of recession without any notice period. Private job means no job security.
Dear friends,
This is the issue that many of private institution are doing now. We can not able to ย move to court because they are issue any appointment letter. If the argue that the person is engaged only for contract period mean we cannot able to anything. There is no job security of Library Professional.ย

What I personally suggest mean, please analyses the problem what that persons the cause to the management.ย
