there is a big hope for UGC NET JUNE 2012
Cabdidate. SC has quashed the mimimum
aggregare % ,set by UGC just at the time of
result announced.
benefit will goes to all candidate who has
got mimimum cut off in june 2012. as per
court order, UGC can announce the new
result . in that case number of NET pass
candidate will be approx. more then 2
times. earlier the benefit was only for
kerela petitioner based on KHC judgement
on 17 december. infact the SC decision
came on 21 december 2012 but since
matter was in vacation court, so the
judgement is not uploaded in website. in
this case only advocate or petitioner only
knows the SC decision. since most of the
candidate dont know the SC judgement so
they are still filling the case in high court.
filling a case against dec 2012 norms: KHC
had told that NET is a elegibility test not a
competitive test so UGC can not make the
rules besides minimum cut off.based on
this, some petitioners is ready to file a case
in indor high court against UGC for
december june 2012 criteria. the rules for
passing only 15% candidate came just
before 4 days of exam. DAINIK BHASKER
hose student who was failed earlier due to
sudden change in june 2012 passing
norms, can now pass the NET exam.after
KHC verdict , SC has also quashed the
change criteria.SC has already ordered to
UGC to announce the new result. if it
happens then the number of qualifier
would be double. since SC decision came in
vacation court so still due to unaware of SC
verdict, lots of candidate is filing the case
all over india. in indore , 12 cases has been
already registered.

thanx ravish sir..its gud tat u talked to Editor of DB...now we all r hoping that UGC should finally publish the result as soon as possible...n stop stretching our patience levels anymore...they hav already disturbed us a loot mentally & nw its high time that they shd give is some relief.. Wat says guys??

I am from general category nd my score is Paper-I 60%, Paper-II 64%, Paper-III 56%. whether I am qualified for net june 2012? Please guide me.

It is very good news for all professionals as you confirm from the editor. It will be better if we will get the judgement decision or number published on supreme court website. I check it but unable to get the news on supreme court website. If possible kindly post the supreme court order copy.
