Stock Verification in Library by way of Sampling Method

Dear professionals,

Please guide me regarding stock verification of books.

My library has 80000 collection of books.  As per General Financial Rules 2017, above 50000 books use sampling method. How much books will be selected for sampling. Anybody have any government or university level guidelines for selection of samples (Quota Sampling).

Please give your valuable suggestions.
