Showcasing of maintaining standard in front of accreditation council

Dear all,

ย I may not be correct, But ..No doubt in some private Institutions all equipment t are available regarding libraries but on sketch papers, not physically. Perhaps they got available equipment on rant basic for the period of two days when the AICTE ย & UGC committee plan to visit their ย Institute & getting not full pay scale is very different matters .I am the detect for such a circumstance in my professional career.What do you call such a happing matter in the field of private institutional libraries ?
