Just now I finised my MLIS,  Without any hesitation they told they pay only 4500/- in Engineering Organasation, even Library Authorities ( Chief Librarian) supporting the Management. if you asked any ? they told you have no experience. Even a layman earn more than that........

very good issue, i m very sad that i see very late this post...

professional and policy maker  of library & information plz focus on this matter, we the lib. trainee are suffering form this inequality by pay but equality by the work why????

i request to all the trainee to raise their voice toward this matter...and

i request to the policy makers... Sir/Madam plz make a standard for this payment related issue...

it is very bad condition ...no any expert is interested to through his/her views here regrading this payment issue.

this quietness is leads to ask some questions to those person who are involve in policy making and management ..

•  sir/madam, r u not interested for the incremental of  payment?
• are our work is not good as a professional does?
• are we not follows the rules and regulation while working in library during our training?
• are we disobedient?
• etc that is not good for the health of library.

 Dear sir/madam plz consider on our condition...really this amount is adequate amount for work like a permanent library staff....
