Regarding updation of grade pays of SPA and PA post

I am requesting to our senior library official to trying to updation of SPA and PA Pay scales in all india lavel because before 6th pay commission SPA primary teacher and staff nurse all was in same grade but after 6th pay commission SPA goes to grade pay 2800. staff nurse and primary teacher goes to 4200 or 4600. it's very shameful to our cader because we most of the employee higher educated but in other caders simply 12th pass candidate working in 4600 to 4800 grade pay.
I request to all of you please raise our voice for updation of SPA and PA cadre
