I have faced NAAC Accreditation ,so don't fear for that just full fill your library data as per AICTE and UPTU norms title details volume details, journals as per norms ,maintain all the transaction register issue and return ,list of register /document/files withs tag their names and Number mention on that for example documentation work should be on ISO Standard 

points to be remember NAAC may ask you

Total No of Books

Total No of Titles (Subject Wise)

May be check books from acc register (by demand show me this book ,or that book randamally

Journal subscription latest and no of subscription national and international

Library Rules

What is circulation rules etc
