i fully agree with the fact, as i think most of the library profesional have seen the baised behaviour of the managements and head of the institution towards the teaching staff and librarians...infact they are forced to give more working hours as compare to the teaching staff and less salaries....we should be consider as the teaching staff and we are related to the user,students same way as of the teaching staffs
