Publishing Research article through Agnecy

Dear Professional friends,

My research articleย must be published in a journal that is indexed by Scopus. There are other vendors for the same thing. Recently, I received a call from M/s IJRDO, a company in Hariyan, Gurgaon, and another from Gtec Ph.D. in Cochin. Both have agreed to publish our article, but I'm not sure whether I can trust them. requesting an advance and the remaining balance upon receiving confirmation of acceptance.

Please advise me on how best to publish our article in publications that are indexed by Scopus.
