I wouldn't agree with you. unemployment problem exists all over the world. It does not means any private college have the right to recruit the library professional with lower pay, poor quality of service condition. If it happens the capitalist will more and rich and the general people will be more and more poor. Is it a modern society? We have to protest again it. I am requesting all the library professional all over the world to raised against it.
