yes,i have given entrees exam in ignou but i didn't  got success . i am trying since two years but can't find guide  in this field.

As per the guidline of UGC-2009, every university is now bound to conduct enterence test for PhD admission. this is good start for fair admission process. You may apply in any of Central or state university and prepare yourself for enterence test. If you have cleared the NET, you are exempted from the test.

Ya right saying of Nazim bhai it is better to try in State universities. there is more chance.

And i think first select the guide and take guidance in this regard.
