Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University have the part time Ph.D. Programme. However the Course work is mandatory for all. The classes are held on Saturday and Sunday. The Ph.D. Notification are generally published in the month of December.

Never go for Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. They give admission to Ph.D. for those candidates who studied in that university only. This university gives admissions to the local candidates only.

Dear Professional colleagues,
I hereby request you that, Bharatiar University also favouring their own group of students. and most funny thing is they are forced us to write entrance exam in pencil. You just imagine their mentality.
