Online National workshop from 16-20th June 2025 by IIT (ISM) Dhanbad

Greetings from the Central Library of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad !

An online national workshop on Library Management using Open Source Software to be held from 16-20th June 2025.

The main aim of this workshop is to promote awareness about best practices in Library Automation, Management, and Institutional Repository with Open-Source Software.


Each participant will get hands-on training on a separate virtual instance with individual remote login user ID to learn practical approach using open- source software like Koha, DSpace, Joomla, etc.


A certificate will be awarded and hard copy will be sent to the workshop participant’s address by post.

Reminder to Forum Members who are interested to participant this online workshop.

It is to emphasize that every workshop participant will get individual instance of Koha, Joomla and DSpace for hands-on session and practice beyond the workshop schedule to explore and practice as per his/her convenient time.
