AICTE Approval Process Handbook 2013-2014 should be read as adopted for 2014-2015. The Hand Book  can be downloaded from http://www.aicte-india.org/ApprovalProcessNew.html
 
AICTE Approval Process Handbook (2014-2015), Appendix 10, Pages 134-136. list out the e-Resources to be subscribed by the Institutions.
