Really good news it was, first of all i would like to thank all professionals who have taken much risk to file case against the UGC in high court, 

kindly tell which is applicable to all or else we have file case on the basis of this order,I'm under OBC

i have got 68 60 &45 thie marks is enough to clear net'

Where it is Order copy!!!!!

We won the case in NHC in DB and court has considered the decision of UGC as illegal and arbitrary. Just enjoy the victory
