There is no problem in adding a section named "Submit Your Resume". But the problem is that no employer ever will go through your resume and select you for a post. The employer will only go through your resume (biodata) when you will forward it to them from your side in response to the advertisement. This is my personal view point only. Lets others members comment on this.

I think Dr. Barman is right. You always watch the job profile and send bio-data to him. This is good for you.

any fresher can express his/her idea 

if you want to express your opinion you can do it but he/she is also free to post his idea

so you keep it mind & don't use this type of nonsense word

I think we should suggest new way, new site like naukri.com, sarkarinaukri.com, timesjobs.com etc. to our fresher friend, our lis links forum for motivation to fresher so we should not use this type of language

I Think it is a good idea... aajkal social networking sites job dilane me important role play kar rahe hai. ho sakta hai abhe tak is site par kisi employer ka dhyan na gaya ho par aane wale time me jab lislinks ki popularity aur badhegi tab aisa ho...My vote for Mr. Mukesh....kyonki is section ko add karne se agar abhe koi profit nahe hai to loss bhe kuchh nahe hoga...
