NDL Institutional Membership

Dear Sir / Madam,

What is the procedure of obtaining the Institutional membership of NDL (National Digital Library)?

NDL has disabled/stopped the "Institutional Registration" for the time being.

To register theย Usersย of your institute through bulk registration in NDLI portal, kindly send the csv., file toย ndl-support@iitkgp.ac.in. The process for creating csv., file are as follows:

  1. Create an excel sheet of your users which includes students, faculties and staffs.
  2. Excel file should containย (1st column)ย Email id,ย (2nd column)ย First name,ย (3rd column)ย Last name only withย no other informationย like serial number, heading, signature, etc.
  3. Save the excel file in csv., format.

Please Note: One Csv., file can contain up toย 1000 data only. You can create multiple csv., files.

Kindly contact to NDL they will ask you to send csv file as per instruction of Gurmeet Singh Sir.
