If you are looking for a complete open source software based solution for library that benefits the entire institution campus, then consider DIGIMAT Digital Library OS which is integrated with more than 15+ open source software which helps in setting up a Digital Learning Environment in any type of Organizations.
DIGIMAT Digital Library OS is also widely used by many institutions in India and very well appreciated for its features and lower cost. For more information, refer the links.
