Rules framed by authorities (Supreme Court/ High Courts or any others) for Minimum marks in Job Interview given by Selection Committee Members.

what do you want to say exactly?

Can experts give Zero marks to any candidate who face the interview.

Not at all. if the candidate appeared  in the interview. committee can not be given Zero marks to the candidate.whether candidate did not misbehave.

 

there no challenge to the experts. they give the subjective marks each one and finalize by matching the marks given by all experts. so each may give different marks but final total of all will do matter in selection of candidate.

It depends on the mutual understanding and competition between candidate and panel. If a candidate is given zero marks, not means because of mischieves but of knowledge also.

Since, interview is very last phase in a selection exam, hence it is assumed by defaul that the candidate will never deserve zero (0) on the performance. But, possibilies of getting 0 is also exist.  

Sir, Is there any criteria decided by Supreme Court of India for minimum marks (like 40%) in interview?
