It is implemented in Tamil  nadu and Karnataka. it is based on the literate available on these two states about the development of IT in public libraries.

Same condition like uttar pradesh both state have only more history of lib act not any activity I am from Uttar pradesh but I am working in Chhattisgarh Raipur.
