So they will ask you about year-wise

1) Bill of Books

2) Subscription of Serials detail

3) Online Database purchase detail

4) List of books and list of Serials

5) Stock verification report

6) Library software related expenses (Purchase + Annual Maintenance Charge)

7) Budget allocation and expenses done
