Librarian

How two librarians work together in schools, classes divided with 29 classes per week each one, how it will work??? please help me to solve, is it happening others school also because there should be one librarian and one assist librarian

Maam,

I once worked as Librarian in DPS, where they kept two Librarian and a Helper. Library Class/ Period were divided among the two and other library operations were completely based on understanding of the two. It created differences of opinion, misunderstanding among the two librarian. Moreover the salary was different which was totally based on experience but not qualifications. I too found the concept of two librarian in School (private) weird and could never understand the logic behind it.

Yes ma'am thank you, i am very confused how to do , how to take classes in the library because there are activity base learning but how can I take class infront of her, how can we work, if both the librarian wil be absent there are more substitution classes for teachers and they have already lot of work, without any discussion with me suddenly they hired and assigned work like this way, i am in trouble really

divide the classes gradewide and share the classes with mutual understanding
