THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR THE NET QUALIFIED CANDIDATE. BECAUSE IT IS A QUALIFYING TEST. YA IF THERE IS PROVISION OF PROMOTION IN THAN YOU CAN APPLY FOR THAT
