I have searched a lot. But till date I have not got all BLIS(Revised) study materials. 

The following website is providing materials for only one paper i.e. BLI-221. This not completely same with the Revised materials provided by IGNOU in hard copy. But to some extent it can help for BLI-221.

I don't think that IGNOU or any other sites are providing every revised materials on internet. I think they revised the hard copy only. Bishnu sir, all links provide the same soft copy. Shweta mam, you can contact those who are studying in IGNOU for updated materials. If you want the soft copy then this link can help you. You can also get help from this link.
